WE Have seen a dramatic increase in buyers lately. Open house turnouts are great and the tax break offered is a big help. I will add tax break info for those who do not know what its all about.

After a career in Broadcasting, I made a career switch to Real Estate. It was a decision I have found very fulfilling. I have been a resident of Milton for over 25 years; listing and selling real estate in Milton and the surrounding area for over 19 years. My wife, Joyce (Carberry) is a life-long Milton resident. We have three children (ages 11 to 23) who have and/or continue to attend Milton Public Schools.
I enjoy the many aspects of real estate transactions - from educating first time buyers who are making the biggest investment of their lives - to helping families who have owned their home for many years and have raised families in these homes. For all, it can be a highly emotional time.
I have earned a reputation as an "honest, flexible and sensitive real estate Broker. "It's more than a job, It's all about making and building reputations and helping buyers and sellers get exactly what they are looking for."
